About Paul Michael Russo

An experienced operations executive based in West Orange, New Jersey, Paul Michael Russo spent more than 20 years with Life Time Fitness, most recently as a senior area director. In 2019, Paul Michael Russo achieved a 22.1 percent year-over-year growth in revenue while restructuring and building company culture at various flagship locations.

A specialist in the area of new Life Time club openings, Mr. Russo directed the openings of six new clubs in three years. Additionally, he led the grand opening of Life Time’s first international location in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and sold more than 5,000 memberships in the club’s first year. He trained over 300 Canadian employees in the Life Time culture and customer experience, enabling them to maintain the company’s high standards of service.

Mr. Russo earned a bachelor of arts in communication from Northern Illinois University. In his free time, he enjoys activities such as cycling, fishing, and playing basketball, as well as reading about leadership, management, personal development, travel and the outdoors.
